Union Padel in Chicago is seeking a Padel Professional to coach, lead lessons, and help shape a premier club experience from the ground up. You’ll build a welcoming community where players return to improve and have fun.

Whether you’re a padel pro or a strong tennis coach ready to switch to padel, bring energy, connect with members, and grow the sport by running clinics, leagues, and events within an entrepreneurial, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Energetic, passionate, and personable coaching mindset.
• Experience in padel or strong tennis background with a willingness to transition.
• Ability to lead lessons, clinics, leagues, and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead lessons and clinics for players of all levels.
• Support leagues and events to grow the Union Padel community.
• Help shape the Union Padel experience from the ground up.
• Build genuine relationships with members and foster engagement.
