Job summary

First Northern Credit Union is seeking a Business Development Representative to lead outside sales and community outreach in Chicago/Rockford markets. You will drive new member growth, nurture SEG relationships, and collaborate with local dealerships to expand membership and loan opportunities.

The role emphasizes 80%+ outbound travel within Northern Illinois, flexible scheduling, and a base salary with incentive potential. A Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Execute outside sales activities including SEG visits, table days, seminars and webinars, and community events.
• Create campaigns and events to support new membership and product penetration goals.
• Cultivate key contacts for relationship development with each SEG and charter-based community.
• Develop and nurture relationships with dealerships for indirect vehicle lending.
