BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring for a front-line Membership Sales/Member Services role in New York. You will drive acquisition and renewal of memberships, upsell program perks, and provide excellent member service at the point of contact.

Responsibilities

• Promotes BJ’s value proposition through acquisition, retention, perks, and the Member experience.
• Converts potential members by actively and effectively pitching all membership programs.
• Delivers superior member service as a first line contact for questions and issues.
• Assists with Buy Online and Pick Up In Club orders and returns/exchanges.
• Maintains club policies and procedures and supports teamwork.
