Job summary

Cowboys Fit is seeking a Membership Consultant to grow memberships and ancillary services while delivering legendary service. You will guide prospective members through programs, conduct tours, present options and close sales to help members reach health goals.

You will foster community, build relationships, manage CRM, and collaborate with the Sales team to exceed weekly and monthly targets, with a focus on member satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Achieve membership sales goals by generating referrals and closing prospects.
• Guide prospects through Cowboys Fit programs with value-based presentations.
• Onboard new members and integrate them into personal training.
• Maintain weekly/monthly targets and track activity.
• Develop leads through calls, web inquiries, events, and partnerships.
• Keep CRM up-to-date and share feedback in meetings.
• Attend meetings and promote promotions.
• Know competitors to improve club performance.
