Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promote Membership benefits and assist members with purchases and upgrades
• Process Membership upgrades, credits, and related transactions
• Fulfill Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders; pick, wrap and palletize items
• Maintain safety by following all safety standards and reporting hazards
• Provide Member service by identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues
• Adhere to policies and Open Door Policy and Walmart values
