Job summary

Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe is seeking a Wellness Center Membership and Reception Manager to oversee the front desk operations and membership experiences at the Wellness Center in Cass Lake, MN. You will manage scheduling, customer service, and electronic records, ensuring a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in customer service management or hospitality, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ADP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, Management, or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service management or hospitality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ADP, and related recreation-management software.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification within 6 months of employment.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk and reception operations.
• Supervise, train, evaluate, and provide guidance to front desk staff.
• Manage memberships, registrations, waivers, access control, privacy, and customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of facility usage, memberships, and front desk activities.
• Ensure staff use the electronic timekeeping system and manage schedules.
• Address member and staffing concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Enforce facility rules and policies consistently.
