Job summary

MaziCTools in the United States is seeking a member services coordinator responsible for processing sign-ups, renewals, and card issuance, and for guiding members on membership, warehouse and credit programs.

You will assist with item availability, handle returns, and participate in local community events to promote strong relations. Prioritize excellent service and accuracy in all transactions.

Qualifications

• Process member sign-ups, renewals, and added cards.
• Instruct members about membership, warehouse and credit programs.
• Assist members regarding item availability.
• Issue replacement and temporary cards, keys and credit applications.
• Process membership and merchandise returns by members for cash or credit.
• Document customer adjustments performed.

• Meet with current and prospective members to increase membership sign-ups and warehouse sales.
• Attend and participate in local community events to promote excellent community relations.
• Contact expired members to encourage membership renewals.
