Job summary

You will supervise the Membership Engagement/Discipleship Coordinator, work with elders, and develop programs that connect people to Christ and the church with excellence and relational care.

Qualifications

• College degree and ministry experience required.
• Spiritual Gifts: Administration, Evangelism, Teaching, Pastoral Ministry, and Exhortation.
• Committed to moral and spiritual lifestyle in accordance with Scripture.
• Willing to work with elders, ministries, support staff, and fellow ministry leaders.
• Regular study of God’s Word and making disciples who make disciples.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate systems for guest and new member engagement.
• Oversee program oversight and member connection initiatives.
• Drive retention systems and targeted engagement plans.
• Provide training development and biblical counseling as needed.
• Lead decision counseling in worship and prayer support.
• Report on progress and offer strategic input.
