Qualifications

• Advanced degree in religious studies or related field preferred, theology background optional.
• Extensive ministry leadership experience (7–10+ years) with staff and volunteers.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple ministries and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and pastoral oversight for all church ministries and ministry operations.
• Lead ministry planning, strategic goal setting, and implementation across ministry areas.
• Oversee Creative Arts to align worship experiences with vision and culture.
• Develop leadership pathways, coaching, and succession planning for ministry staff and volunteers.
• Ensure ministries align with church policies, budgets, and operational standards.
