Job summary

Eastern Star Church seeks an Executive Pastor of Discipleship & Experience to oversee discipleship, membership engagement, and ministry alignment across campuses. The role partners with the Lead Pastor to shape worship, creative arts, stewardship, and overall church experience in alignment with the church's vision and culture.

Qualifications

• Theology degree preferred.
• Equivalent ministry and pastoral leadership experience may be considered in place of formal education.
• Minimum of 710 years of progressive pastoral and ministry leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and pastoral oversight for all church ministries.
• Ensure ministries align with the church's vision and spiritual direction.
• Develop ministry structures, systems, and leadership frameworks for growth.
• Lead ministry planning, strategic goal setting, and implementation initiatives.
• Evaluate ministry effectiveness and recommend improvements for engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with the Lead Pastor to implement the overall ministry vision.
