Job summary

The St. James in Springfield, VA is seeking a high-energy Membership Ambassador to drive memberships, engage members, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will conduct tours, match clients to services, onboard new members, and collaborate across teams to foster a vibrant community of sport and wellness enthusiasts. Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in client relations or hospitality, strong communication, CRM experience, and a passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in client relations, account management, or hospitality (luxury experience preferred).
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication and people skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.
• A passion for sports, health, fitness, and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Actively sell memberships, sports programs, and other services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with members, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Conduct personalized tours and match clients with services that meet their needs.
• Onboard new members, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-notch service and experiences.
• Support member engagement and retention through ongoing communication and tailored recommendations.
• Participate in event planning and organize member-exclusive activities to foster community and connection.
• Track and report on membership growth and engagement metrics.
