Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level customer service by welcoming guests.
• Facilitate memberships and answer inquiries about fitness, cultural, and community programs.
• Manage facility access, including check‑ins and distributing visitor passes.
• Serve as the first point of contact, handling registrations using JCC software.
• Assist customers by phone and in person.
• Work weekend shifts (including early mornings) and weekday evenings, with flexibility to cover other shifts.
