MEMBERSHIP SERVICES COORDINATOR

General Statement of Duties:
The Membership Services Coordinator will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to The EpiFit Club members, prospective members, and guests. Responsible for overall member retention by delivering the highest quality customer service by listening and responding to all members. Assists members with account maintenance and articulates an extensive knowledge of The EpiFit Club services. Anticipates member needs and interests and recommends programs, classes, and services appropriately. The Membership Services Coordinator helps maximize member retention by connecting each member to the right people, place, and program.

Essential Job Functions:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests. Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable resource for inquiries related to memberships, club amenities, and programs.
  2. Conduct facility tours for prospective members, showcasing the club’s amenities, services, and membership options. Tailor tours to highlight features that align with the individual’s fitness goals and preferences.
  3. Assist with administrative duties related to membership management, including processing new memberships, updating member information, and maintaining accurate records.
  4. Attend mandatory quarterly staff meetings.
  5. Stay abreast of current club events and help maintain the club calendar.
  6. Actively promote the EpiFIT Club including all fitness programs, classes, activities, and services.
Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:
  1. High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  2. Must be 18 years of age or older.
  3. Customer service background preferred.
  4. Basic computer proficiency.
  5. A passion for people, fitness, and health. Upbeat and positive attitude!
  6. Self-starter and the ability to take initiative.
  7. Punctuality and reliability are a must.
  8. Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.
  9. Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
  10. Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
