Job summary

The Club at Los Gatos is seeking a friendly Membership Consultant to welcome guests, lead personalized tours, and guide prospective members through the joining process. This part-time role emphasizes hospitality, relationship-building, and achieving sales goals in a luxury fitness setting.

You will present programs, services, amenities, and membership options while delivering a concierge-level experience from first contact through onboarding. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on hospitality, service, and helping people find the membership experience that best fits their goals.

Part-Time (evenings and weekend availability required)

What You'll Do

• Conduct personalized club tours and consultations
• Build relationships with prospective and current members

• Guide prospective members through the membership process

• Become knowledgeable about all Club programs, services, amenities, and membership options
