Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by informing on benefits and promoting value while processing upgrades and credit accounts.
• Maintains facility safety by following safety procedures, conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting, and hazardous materials handling.
• Fulfils member orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, and ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Completes tasks by using policies and data, collaborating with managers and coworkers, and meeting deadlines.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving concerns.
• Upholds company policies, ethics and open-door culture, acting with respect and accountability.
• Delivers customer-focused results and participates in sales events to meet membership goals.
