• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Locates merchandise, resolves issues, and promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Processes Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; supports Membership goals.
• Maintains safety by following safety standards and guidelines and reporting hazards.
• Delivers orders by pulling items, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing; ensures accuracy.
