Job summary

Sam’s Club in Altoona, PA is hiring for a full-time associate to support Membership benefits, assist Members with purchases, and fulfill orders. The role includes promoting products, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Fulfills orders and pulls items for Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices and securing items until Members arrive.
• Maintains safety and follows safety standards and guidelines; adheres to policies, procedures and ethics; supports teamwork and continuous improvement.
