JOB SUMMARY

The Membership Concierge / Administrative Assistant supports the country club and its members at the property, providing a warm point of contact and reliable administrative support. This role assists members with bookings, inquiries, and events, and supports membership records, billing coordination, and communication. The Membership Concierge / Administrative Assistant contributes directly to member satisfaction and club efficiency. Working closely with club leadership, this position keeps member service and administration running smoothly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Required Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Language requirements are confirmed by property at the time of posting.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and computer skills.
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous concierge, membership, or administrative experience.
• Experience with membership or reservation systems.
• Bilingual ability appropriate to the property's guests.
