Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of work experience in a professional setting or nonprofit role.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Senior Communications Manager in marketing and communications initiatives.
• Coordinates email, website, social media content and proofreading of communications.
• Coordinates print and digital promotional materials and mailings.
• Provides first-line support for inquiries via phone and departmental email.
• Manages membership applications and ensures data integrity in the database.
• Supports Special Interest Groups and member communities with communications and admin tasks.
• Organizes meetings, minutes, agendas and project timelines.
