Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a Membership Accounting and Operations Specialist to support the Corporate Office and club operations. The role handles the full membership revenue cycle, from MMS administration and membership billing to revenue accounting and AR collections.

The specialist ensures member data accuracy, reconciles daily transactions, and collaborates with Club Experience and management to keep staff focused on delivering a consistent member experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience in accounts receivable, revenue accounting, or membership operations.
• Working knowledge of club/membership management systems.
• Participate in web training sessions when applicable.
• Attend scheduled meetings with the Corporate Office.
• Complete all Club Fit compliance training within assigned timeframes (ERP, Bloodborne Pathogen, Sexual Harassment, and Cyber Security)

Responsibilities

• Maintain the membership database and manage changes (upgrades, downgrades, freezes, new sales).
• Process and maintain accurate billing of all membership dues and post daily revenue batches.
• Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and accurate payments.
• Serve as MMS/CMS administrator and coordinate with vendors for system issues.
• Communicate with the Club Experience team to support member communications and prospecting workflows.
• Generate and distribute monthly billing statements on a schedule.
• Maintain confidentiality of member, vendor, and employee information.
