Job summary

Edge Fitness, LLC is seeking a dynamic Membership Sales Associate in Woodbury, NJ. You will blend fitness passion with strong customer service to help members reach their goals and drive membership sales.

• Proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests and help them get excited about fitness goals.
• Sell memberships and hit monthly sales targets.
• Educate new members on membership types, features and amenities.
• Create an energetic and friendly environment for all members.
• Deliver on the Edge member experience with upbeat greetings and departures.
• Engage prospects over the phone and in person to generate interest.

What You'll DO

• YOU will change lives
• You will provide exceptional customer service to all our members and guests and get them excited about reaching their fitness goals
• You will utilize your sales skills to sell memberships and hit monthly goals
• You will create an energetic and friendly environment for all members
• You will share your knowledge and passion for fitness by educating new members on our membership types, features and amenities
• You will deliver on the extraordinary Edge member experience, hellos and goodbyes are a must
• You will create excitement and interest for our clubs with prospects over the phone and in person
