Job summary

GeBBS Consulting in Towson, Maryland, is seeking a mid-level Enrollment Technician to support open enrollment for a Federal Employee Health Benefits plan with a prominent Blue Cross Blue Shield client.

The role requires 3–5 years of enrollment processing, data entry, or customer service experience. You will be onsite daily at McPherson Square, Washington, DC 20005, and proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office applications.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in enrollment processing, data entry, or customer service (within or outside healthcare industry).
• Technically savvy (Used to using various technologies concurrently: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applications).
• Committed to going onsite daily in Met Square office.

Summary: One of our Blue Cross Blue Shield clients is looking for mid-level Enrollment Processors/Technicians to support on its upcoming open enrollment (Open Season) for its Federal Employee Health Benefits Plan.

Required Skilled:

• 3-5 years of experience in enrollment processing, data entry, or customer service (within or outside healthcare industry)
• Technically savvy (Used to using various technologies concurrently: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applications)
• Committed to going onsite daily in Met Square office.
