Job summary

Prominence Health is a value-based care organization bridging networks to improve outcomes and control costs. The Member Outreach Representative will contact Prominence Health Plan members by phone to inform them about health plan offerings and respond to inquiries, supporting quality improvement efforts.

The role identifies quality gaps and collaborates with department leaders on initiatives and outcomes, with some non-business hours to reach members effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outbound calls to members or patients.
• 3+ years customer service in managed care or healthcare.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Detail oriented and energetic team player.

Responsibilities

• Contact Prominence Health Plan members by phone to inform and educate them on health insurance offerings.
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives and member health assessments.
• Identify quality insufficiencies and consult with leaders on improvements.
• Work non-business hours to maximize member outreach.
