Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $29.00/hr

Position Summary

Assist management with supervising associates in assigned areas by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes, and providing guidance on member service. Ensure compliance with policies, support recruiting and hiring, and participate in evaluating staff.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support membership initiatives by providing information, processing memberships, and promoting renewals.
2. Ensure member service by assisting with transactions, locating merchandise, and supporting self-service technology.
3. Oversee assigned areas including handling claims, organizing merchandise, and maintaining cleanliness.
4. Maintain financial records, process deposits, and assist with financial analysis.
5. Develop and implement processes to meet business needs, collaborating with team members and partners.
6. Promote compliance with company policies and ethics standards.
7. Lead and participate in team activities, ensuring work quality and adapting to change.
