Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years in customer service, call center, financial services, banking, or related experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to providing solutions.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers, email, internet, and multiple software systems simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to members through inbound and outbound phone calls and other virtual communication channels.
• Answer member questions and resolve account-related concerns professionally, accurately, and efficiently.
• Assist members with a variety of account and service requests while delivering a positive call experience.
• Maintain accurate member account information and ensure records are up to date.
• Conduct proactive outreach calls to strengthen member relationships and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that support members' financial goals.
• Build strong relationships that encourage member loyalty and trust.
• Maintain compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Stay informed on products, services, and operating procedures to effectively support members.
