AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Kyle, Texas is seeking an entry-level, service-driven Member Specialist to join our branch network. You will interface with AAA members, provide insurance and membership services, and support agents while learning a broad range of products.

The role offers paid training, opportunities for advancement with skills-based pay increases and monthly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. Typical hours are Monday–Friday during branch hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment preferred.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Receive training on AAA products and services to assist members with confidence.
• Meet individual and team cross-selling goals.
• Provide excellent service to members regarding insurance, membership and billing.
• Support agents and team members with routine and advanced duties.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents.
• Be available during branch hours: Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm.
• Assist with passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties.

In this role you will:

• Be provided with the training you need on an array of AAA products and services to interface with members with confidence and help you meet your individual and team cross-selling goals.

• Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services for members including passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties.
• Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Be expected to be available during our branch hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. We are closed weekends and most holidays.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment
• Advanced customer service skills
• Ability to work overtime
• Ability to travel locally when necessary
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
• Ability to qualify for Property and Casualty License
