Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises seeks a career-minded, service-driven Member Specialist to join our AAA Texas branch network. You will receive training on AAA products, interface with members by phone and in person, and support insurance, billing, and membership services with cross-selling opportunities.

The ideal candidate has prior customer service or sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Advanced customer service skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work overtime and travel locally when necessary.
• Proven ability to exceed sales/service goals and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to AAA members in branch and by phone for insurance and membership needs.
• Engage in training on AAA products and services to meet cross-selling goals.
• Develop insurance leads for agents and life specialists.
• Support agents and team members with routine and advanced duties.
• Adhere to branch hours: Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm; weekends/most holidays closed.

Member Specialist Well Known AAA Brand Products and Service Excellent Earning Potential Paid Training If you are a career-minded, service-driven professional looking to join a fast-paced organization then you have come to the right place. This is an exciting entry level position in our branch network and ideal for candidates interested working in a teamwork environment and interfacing with AAA members by providing insurance and membership services support.

In this role you will:

• Be provided with the training you need on an array of AAA products and services to interface with members with confidence and help you meet your individual and team cross-selling goals.
• Be given opportunities to advance with skills-based pay increases, monthly bonuses, and career growth. 90% of our managers are promoted from within!

• Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services for members including passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties.
• Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Be expected to be available during our branch hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. We are closed weekends and most holidays.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
• Ability to qualify for Property and Casualty License
