Job summary

Desert Financial Credit Union seeks a Member Solutions Representative (MSR) to deliver onboarding, consultative sales, and advanced member support. You will educate members on digital banking tools and assist with account setup while building lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes accurate handling of complex transactions, adherence to compliance, and collaborative work with lending and business services teams. Arizona-based location and full-time schedule offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in Sales and Service required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in complex transactions.
• Ability to be registered through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required.
• Notary – State Certification Registered and serve as a Notary Public required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and relationship-building experiences and assist with account setup.
• Educate members on digital tools like online banking and mobile apps.
• Handle complex member transactions (wires, debit card issues, trusts) with accuracy.
• Support business and lending relationships through account opening and loan applications.
• Escalation management and ensuring timely follow-up and member satisfaction.
