Job summary

Abound Credit Union is seeking a Member Solutions Counselor / Collections to contact delinquent members by phone and arrange payment plans to bring accounts current. The role requires careful record-keeping, documentation, and clear communication with a diverse member base.

The position emphasizes teamwork,member-focused service, and adherence to internal collection procedures. It is based at our Fort Knox, Kentucky location, with full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Contact members, primarily by phone, whose loan accounts are delinquent and secure acceptable arrangements to bring obligations current.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and arrangements made.
• Gather and prepare necessary documentation for further collection activity.
• Communicate with a diverse member base.
