Job summary

Abound Credit Union is seeking a Member Solutions Counselor / Collections to reach out to delinquent members by phone and establish payment arrangements. You will maintain records and prepare documentation for further actions, while communicating with a diverse member base. A strong sense of teamwork and reliability is essential.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organizational skills, and clear communication to help members regain financial wellness and stay on track with obligations.
