Job summary

Alltru Credit Union in Wentzville seeks a Member Solution Specialist to join our Branch Operations team. This role delivers a full-service banking experience, opening new accounts, processing loan applications, and guiding members to suitable products and services.

You will also perform teller duties to ensure outstanding member service, require strong customer service skills, and a team-oriented attitude with basic Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of proven retail and sales experience (bank or credit union environment preferred).
• Passion for sales and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong business acumen and financial industry knowledge.

This position is responsible for providing members a full-service banking experience by performing all aspects of retail banking activities. This includes opening new accounts, taking loan applications, providing information and recommendations to members on appropriate products and services as well as assisting members with various administrative account-related requests.The Member Solution Specialist also performs teller functions to ensure the best member experience.
