Responsibilities

• Assist Members by providing information on Membership benefits and services.
• Process Membership upgrades and credit accounts as needed.
• Draft and fulfill Member orders (Fax n Pull, Click n Pull) and ensure accurate invoices.
• Support safety and compliance by following safety standards and reporting unsafe conditions.
