Walmart and Sam's Club are hiring to support Membership benefits, promotions, and shopper services at our Springdale, AR location. You will provide information on Membership benefits, process upgrades and credit accounts, and participate in sales events to help meet Membership goals.

As part of a team, you will deliver Member service, respond to inquiries, and assist customers with purchases while adhering to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting value of products and services
• Processes Memberships upgrades and credit accounts and participates in sales and marketing events
• Delivers Member service by identifying needs and assisting with purchasing decisions
• Maintains safety and follows safety standards, procedures, and guidelines
