Job summary

Raw Athletic Club is seeking a friendly, customer-focused front desk associate to welcome visitors, manage check-ins and answer inquiries. The role involves handling payments, maintaining a tidy reception area, and supporting general office tasks. You will help with inventory and sales of gym merchandise, with a monthly bonus for sales performance.

Experience in similar roles is preferred but not required. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and communicate effectively in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and prospective members with a warm welcome and provide exceptional service.
• Check guests in with accurate information and proper forms.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Assist guests with requests or issues while at the facility.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and collect payments.
• Maintain a clean front desk area and organize space.
• Assist with filing, inventory and stocking shelves as needed.
• Monitor facility to keep it clean and ensure equipment is used respectfully.
• Contribute to product and apparel sales; potential monthly bonus/stipend.

Duties:

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with a warm and friendly welcome providing exceptional customer service
• Check guests in, ensuring correct forms are used and accurate information is obtained
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have while visiting the facility
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, collecting payments
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with tasks such as filing, inventory, stocking shelves
• Monitiring facility to ensure that it is kept clean and organized as well as ensuring all equipment is being used respectfully
• Contribute to sales of all proructs and apparel to receive a monthly bonus/stipend

Experience:
