Job summary

UFC Gym in Waipahu, Hawaii, is looking for a customer-focused team member to manage merchandise and assist gym members. Responsibilities include maintaining stock, greeting customers, and achieving sales goals set by the Merchandise Supervisor.

The ideal candidate should ensure a clean environment and effectively respond to member inquiries while supporting a vibrant community atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Warmly greet guests and members, providing prompt assistance.
• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Respond effectively to member questions and requests.
• Maintain the Maintenance Log and Fitness profiles.
• Keep front desk and lobby neat and clean.

• Keep merchandise clean and ready for display.
• Oversee inventory and ensure stock in Gym Store.
• Hit individual sales goals assigned by the Merchandise Supervisor.
• Greet and assist customers, advising on merchandise use and care.
