Veridian Credit Union in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a part-time Teller Service Representative (30-35 hours). You will provide superior member service by conducting transactions accurately, assisting members with financial goals, and promoting Veridian products and services.

Key duties include handling deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, transfers, and other requests, while maintaining confidentiality and meeting monthly/annual sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in customer service or cash handling.
• Strong math and clerical aptitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows.

Responsabilités

• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist members with financial goals and cross-sell Veridian products.
• Balance cash box per teller balancing procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect member data.
• Handle inquiries and requests in person and over the phone.
• Follow Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) guidelines.
