NCPD Federal Credit Union is seeking full-time Tellers for Mineola and Plainview branches. You will process a variety of member transactions with accuracy and compliance, handle currency and coin shipments, and balance vaults.

Qualifikationen

• Cash handling experience (min 3 months).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain financial issues clearly to members.

Aufgaben

• Deliver member service by processing financial transactions accurately and in compliance with procedures.
• Order, verify, and ship currency/coins; maintain cash levels to meet operational needs.
• Balance and reconcile vault, ATM, and coin-counting machines; resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team across the organization to support operations.
• Demonstrate accountability and a member-first approach in all tasks.
• Educate members on credit union products and services to meet financial needs.
