Job summary

Blue Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller to greet members, process transactions, and deliver exceptional service. You will identify member needs, promote relevant products, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience and a high school diploma. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong math skills are expected. This is a full-time on-site position at our Colorado branch.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year up to three years of teller or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• PC proficiency including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge members and process financial transactions accurately and promptly.
• Identify and refer products/services to match member needs while ensuring proper documentation.
• Assist with branch teller duties including ATM, cash handling and end-of-shift balancing.
