Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED is required.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and follow regulatory and policy requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal abilities.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and rotating shifts.

Responsabilités

• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks, and monetary instruments.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services and maintain referral tracking.
• Assist with cash handling, balancing, and end-of-day procedures and vault operations.
• Provide accurate information, protect member privacy, and follow security standards.
