Landmark Credit Union in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly teller to serve members and handle cash transactions with accuracy. This 40-hour/week position requires weekday shifts and alternating Saturdays, with branch hours as listed.

The role emphasizes excellent verbal and written communication, cash handling experience, and the ability to work independently. Training may cover all branch programs and policies to ensure reliable, courteous service.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, organizational skills and the ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Experience or ability to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job.
• Must understand and comply with company policies and laws related to the position.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Mansioni

• Provides friendly, courteous teller and related services to members, aiming for a balanced cash drawer daily.
• Cross-sells other member services.
• Processes mail deposits and withdrawals.
• May assist in balancing the ATM (if not performed by an outside source).
• May train to perform open/closing duties (with manager on site).
• May train to verify checks for other tellers.
• May train to perform overrides.
• May be cross trained to help in other positions within the branch.
• May be required to attend training at headquarters or an off-site location.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
