Job summary

Landmark Credit Union is seeking a part-time teller to support daily branch operations in Wisconsin. This 22 hr/week role requires working varying weekday shifts, including every Friday and Saturday, with standard branch hours.

You will handle cash, assist members with deposits and withdrawals, and promote additional credit union services. Prior cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1. High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2. Prior cash handling or customer service preferred.
• 3. Excellent verbal and written communication; problem solving and organizational skills.
• 4. Proficiency in all programs/systems used for this job.
• 5. Understand and follow company policies and applicable laws.
• 6. Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• 1. Provide teller services with accuracy to maintain balanced cash drawer daily.
• 2. Cross-sell other member services.
• 3. Process mail deposits and withdrawals.
• 4. Assist in balancing ATM if needed.
• 5. May train to perform open/close duties with manager on site.
• 6. May train to verify checks for other tellers.
• 7. May train to perform overrides.
• 8. May be cross trained for other branch positions.
• 9. Attend training at HQ or off-site as required.
• 10. Perform other duties as assigned.
