Job summary

Landmark Credit Union in Wisconsin is seeking a full‑time teller to serve members with accuracy, handle cash transactions, and explain a basic set of credit union products. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with cash handling or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must understand company policies and follow laws and procedures.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provides friendly, courteous teller and related services to members resulting in a balanced cash drawer daily.
• Cross-sells other member services.
• Processes mail deposits and withdrawals.
• May assist in balancing the ATM (if not performed by an outside source).
• May train to perform open/closing duties (with manager on site).
• May train to verify checks for other tellers.
• May train to perform overrides.
• May be cross trained to help in other positions within the branch.
• May be required to attend training at headquarters or an off-site location.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
