Landmark Credit Union is seeking a branch teller to serve members with accurate cash handling and courteous service. You will discuss basic products and services and help balance the cash drawer daily.

This 40-hour/week role requires weekday shifts and every other Saturday, with hours listed under the Branch Hours section. Candidates should have a high school diploma and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, organizational skills and the ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Must be able to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job.
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all job-related laws and regulations.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsabilités

• Provides friendly, courteous teller and related services to members.
• Cross-sells other member services.
• Processes mail deposits and withdrawals.
• May assist in balancing the ATM.
• May train to perform open/closing duties.
