Job summary

Planet Fitness-United Fitness Partners is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative in Shawnee, KS. You will greet members, assist with enrollments, and promote PF Black Card amenities while keeping the club clean and inviting.

Ideal candidates are 18+, passionate about helping others, reliable, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. The role requires punctuality and availability for varied hours, including weekends and holidays. Reports to the Club Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for helping others.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• On-time dependability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean club environment for members.
• Greet and assist members at the welcome desk including enrollments.
• Introduce members to PF Black Card amenities and benefits.
• Assist with club tours and member check-ins during shifts.
• Be enthusiastic, lead by example, and promote a friendly atmosphere.
• Schedule varies, including weekends and holidays.
