Job summary

TEK Systems is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to deliver outstanding service and build lasting member relationships. You will handle inquiries, perform account maintenance, and drive referrals to deepen member relations.

The role requires knowledge of credit union policies and excellent communication. Onsite work in Spokane Valley, WA, with opportunities to advance and participate in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• 1+ year experience in call centre customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
• Familiarity with online systems and technology.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Bilingual Spanish (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members through phone and email.
• Meet/exceed key metrics related to member service.
• Research and resolve member problems with urgency and mentorship.
• Take ownership of member concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
• Offer additional credit union products and services to members.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
