Planet Fitness in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support new member sales and create a positive member experience through superior customer service for members, prospective members, and guests.

You will greet and assist potential members, manage front desk duties, handle calls and tours, and help with sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates. The role emphasizes strong communication and problem-solving to maintain a welcoming club atmosphere.

Responsabilidades

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks: answer calls, take info calls and tours, assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
