• Identify opportunities to cross-service products and strengthen member relationships.
• Ensure compliance with federal and institutional regulations relevant to financial products and services.
• Support team by sharing knowledge as experience grows.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely.
• Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
