Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greets members and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Assists members with services and account questions, quoting rates when applicable.
• Cross-sells Credit Union products and services to meet member needs.
• Receives loan requests in person or by phone and forwards documents to Loan Officer.
• Opens a variety of accounts and sets up direct deposits, ATM access, and online services.
• Balances cash and postings daily and maintains accurate account records.
• Responds to member questions and resolves problems to ensure satisfaction.
