Sam's East, Inc. is hiring for a member services roles at our Pleasantville, NJ location. The associate will greet Members, answer questions about Membership benefits, help with purchases, process Membership upgrades and credit accounts, and participate in events to meet Membership goals.

Safety and policy compliance are expected daily. The role requires providing excellent Member service, locating items, resolving issues, and promoting Sam's product offerings while ensuring accuracy in orders

Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions
• Process Membership upgrades and credit accounts and support order fulfillment
• Assist with locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
• Follow safety standards and report unsafe conditions to management
