Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits promoting the value of Sam's Club products and services
• Processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts
• Participating in sales and marketing events and meeting Membership goals
• Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards and guidelines
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders and securing items
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions
• Complies with policies and Open Door Policy and acts with integrity and teamwork
